About the Opportunity

An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Retail Manager to join our store at Priceline Pharmacy Port Pirie.

You will work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a superior customer experience at all times.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through hands-on leadership and inspiration.
  • Create appealing displays and execute marketing campaigns to maximise sales and grow our customer loyalty program.
  • Drive sales and control store expenses to ensure profitable operations.
  • Monitor and drive the meeting of targets and forecasts.
  • Manage banking reconciliation, stock, administration, and business financial reporting needs.
About You

We seek an ideal candidate with:

    • Previous retail management experience, preferably in pharmacy.
    • Strong understanding of financial reports and cost control, including wages and shrinkage.
    • Genuine passion for retail, particularly in beauty, health, and wellbeing products.
    • Experience managing and developing a successful team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to interact proactively with management and staff to drive sales.
    • Strong computer literacy within Microsoft Office.
    • Proven ability to reach sales targets.
    • Ability to meet, drive, and exceed performance indicators for yourself, your team, and the store.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues.
