We are seeking a senior facilities manager to lead our team in delivering services across government facilities. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and building relationships with agencies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Support the contract in adherence to safety and quality protocols
- Assist with audits and inspections
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor and report on delivery of programmed work by subcontracted providers
- Proven experience in facilities management support services
- Trade background desirable
- Project management certification or relevant industry experience
- Current drivers license required

About the RoleThe Service Delivery Lead will report to and assist the Service Delivery Manager in managing subcontractors in the delivery of services in support of defence and social infrastructure based in Port Pirie.
