Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead the delivery of training, assessment and skill development for our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for technicians, agents and managers.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert across teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and share best practices and technical knowledge.
  • Provide technical support and tools to service teams and field staff.
  • Conduct competency assessments and on-site work audits.
  • Maintain and manage technical documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar position, facilitating training and conducting assessments within a technical environment. An understanding of product technical training is highly beneficial.

  • Experience working in a service environment with mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Proven background in residential door solutions is advantageous.
  • Proven experience designing, developing and updating training packages is highly desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not essential.
