Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Ovolo Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, wine lists, and other beverages to ensure accurate information and recommendations.
- Ensure awareness of dietary requirements and provide guests with accurate information about menu options.
- Demonstrate high levels of service, promptness, efficiency, and politeness in response to guest requests.
- Encourage guest feedback to update and maintain guest history records, enabling us to anticipate their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on local trends and knowledge of the Ovolo Group's brand values and mission.
- Be proactive in your approach to the job, working within specific standards and procedures.
We are looking for a hard-working individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset, but not required. You will have strong communication skills, be able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
