We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our financial operations in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the ANZ region.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to country leadership teams, providing commercial insights and challenge.
  • Evaluate and ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and support growth initiatives across multiple channels and markets.

Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience in a similar Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer position.

  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
