About This Role

This is a technical position that requires delivering quality services to customers. The ideal candidate will provide support to team members, ensure customer satisfaction, and minimize downtime at customer sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of equipment (Honeywell and third-party) as per trade expertise.
  • Configuration, diagnostics, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
  • Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
  • Project management of service projects and small works including high-level management of customer interactions.
  • Hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
  • Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
  • Direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Day-to-day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance; including diagnostics, repairs of faults, programming, and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant.
  • Navigating and interrogating BMS / Security / ICT interfaces.

Requirements
  • An Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic qualification is advantageous.
  • Four years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Experience with DDC systems: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems.
  • Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.
  • Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
  • Commissioning experience: knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant.
  • A NV 1 clearance is essential.
  • Able to maintain Government security clearance if required.
  • You must obtain/maintain an appropriate security clearance for your customer sites.
  • You must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
