Job Summary

EHS Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Management Systems, leading a team of EHSQ professionals to ensure workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily operations and management systems for EHSQ
  • Lead and mentor EHSQ team members and programs to foster a culture of compliance
  • Maintain EHSQ Management Systems, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Collaborate with APAC and Pacific Management teams to enhance EHS management systems and practices
  • Support Crisis Management and Business Continuity initiatives to minimize risks
  • Monitor and measure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Establish effective follow-up procedures to address any identified risks or deficits
  • Provide professional EHSQ advice to operational management teams to optimize decision-making
  • Foster a risk-assessing environment by identifying training and development needs
  • Ensure EHSQ audits are conducted and corrective actions taken as needed
