Job Title: Automotive Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our positive and high-standard culture, you will utilise your existing knowledge and skills to secure the best used car stock for our multi-site dealerships.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for identifying and securing approximately 100 vehicles monthly through online retail sites, customer databases, auctions, and wholesale contacts. You will handle end-to-end purchasing from opportunity identification, negotiation, purchasing, and marketing initiatives. Working closely with Senior Management, you will ensure purchasing aligns with multi-site stock profiles, customer demand, and seasonal pricing flows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure used car stock for our multiple dealership locations
  • Handle end-to-end purchasing, including opportunity identification, negotiation, purchasing, and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Senior Management to ensure purchasing aligns with multi-site stock profiles, customer demand, and seasonal pricing flows
  • Provide ongoing expertise in market dynamics, price movements, and vehicle supply/demand fluctuations
