Responsibilities:

  • Shape and evolve our agile delivery tooling and frameworks across the initiative lifecycle.
  • Drive greater alignment, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach Iteration Managers, Head of Product, and Senior Engineering Managers to build their agile delivery capability.
  • Manage the publishing delivery plan.
  • Ensure effective execution through dependency management, risk analysis, release planning, and measurement models.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record as senior Scrum Master (or equivalent) across multiple teams.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters/Iteration Managers, tech, and product managers.
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and improving end-to-end focus of agile practices, principles, and organisational agility.
  • Skilled in managing group dynamics and facilitation with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in different agile delivery practices and frameworks; team and scaled.
