As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans, designing and delivering intervention programs that promote functional performance, independence and work capacity.
You will identify barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation, empowering them to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders is also a critical aspect of this role, ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Essential Qualifications- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
