We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Production Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced and packaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan, select, and verify orders to meet production demands.
  • Implement proper stock rotation principles, following the "first in first out" rule to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to HACCP regulations and demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety programs.
  • Support stocktaking activities as needed and load/unload containers and delivery vehicles as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in mixing and batching is essential.
  • Previous machine operation, particularly in bottling, sealing, and mixing, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with OH&S and food safety programs, particularly in relation to the "cold chain" process, is required.
  • Effective communication abilities and strong hygiene standards are essential.
  • Strong understanding of stock control principles and exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are necessary.
