Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
  • Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in.
  • Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products, and be able to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • High level of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded.
