Technical Services Manager

This role oversees FOTON Aftersales technical service operations, ensuring dealer technicians are equipped to service vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities include delivering face-to-face and virtual training for FOTON dealer technicians, developing and updating training content, providing in-field technical support, monitoring and analysing technical trends, collaborating with OEMs and internal teams, and managing technical support operations.

About you:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical trainer or senior technician in light commercial vehicles is required. EV/hybrid knowledge is preferred.
  • Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) are necessary qualifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to drive change and deliver results in dynamic environments.
