Drive success with a leading logistics company as an experienced Driver Trainer. Our Central Coast team supports customers nationwide, with over 2,500 employees.

About this role
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for heavy vehicle operations
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for new and existing employees
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and skills for various vehicles

This role is based at our facility in Somersby, with frequent travel to other sites required. To succeed, you will have:

  • A current MC licence and extensive driving experience (Volvo experience beneficial)
  • Formal qualifications in training and assessment
  • Strong understanding of mass management and fatigue management rules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for heavy vehicle operations
  • Conduct on-site assessments for new and existing employees
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and skills for various vehicles
