Technical Operations Lead Position\

We are seeking a motivated and organized Technical Operations Lead to join our team.


\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Manage a team of 4-6 field technicians\
  • Provide operational support to all staff in the maintenance hub\
  • Recruit, train and facilitate competencies for staff\
  • Ensure financial oversight and process management\
  • Develop and mentor staff\
  • Negotiate and manage stakeholder relationships\
  • Empower and inspire field teams\
  • Travel to remote areas and other parts of Australia as required\
  • Participate in specialized training on equipment and tools\
  • Engage with stakeholders, contractors, support staff and the Australian public\
  • Prioritize health, safety and wellbeing of all staff\
  • Mentor and support staff in the hubs\
  • Work closely with Hub Managers and Team Leads\
  • Support delivery of exceptional customer service\
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices\
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures\
  • Perform other related duties as required\
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
