We are seeking an experienced and friendly Medical Centre Receptionist to provide administrative support and manage our front desk reception.
This is a key role in our healthcare team, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. As a Medical Centre Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, collecting patient details, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and inquiries, and providing general administration support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and welcoming them into our medical centre
- Collecting and entering patient details into our database
- Scheduling appointments and managing our calendar system
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Providing general administration support and completing ad hoc tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have a professional telephone manner.
