As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of holistic care in a dynamic and fast-paced medical centre.
The RoleThis casual position involves managing front desk reception, greeting patients, collecting and entering patient details, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and enquiries, and providing administration support. You'll work collaboratively within the practice, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre.
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments (when required).
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
