About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven operational leader to join our team at William Adams as our next Mildura Branch Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of 10+ highly experienced and dedicated individuals in our Mildura branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Inspire, coach, train, and mentor your team to achieve exceptional results and drive a positive culture focused on business success.
- Operational Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of sales, parts, and service operations, with the ability to drive a positive safety culture and ensure contamination control.
- Financial Accountability: Take ownership of branch financials, including budgets, and ensure financial performance meets company expectations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer service standards are consistently met, and customer relationships are developed and maintained.
About You
We are looking for a true people leader with prior experience in operations/branch management in the heavy machinery industry. You will have a proven ability to communicate and interact at all levels, along with sound commercial acumen, to drive branch growth and performance.
Requirements
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Develop long-term internal and external customer relationships, and possess solid project, people, administration, and commercial management skills.
- Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate sound conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a mechanical understanding and comprehension of Cat products and services.
- Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment: Show a genuine commitment to health, safety, and environment practices.
