About the Role
We're seeking a Lawyer with 1-3 years' post-admission experience to join our Sydney CTP team. As a Defendant CTP Lawyer, you'll work under the guidance of a Specialist Accredited Partner, handling a wide variety of claims. You'll have the opportunity to hone your litigation skills in a busy practice, working with major Insurer clients to deliver a legally sound and commercially driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting advices and correspondence with claimant solicitors
- Preparing submissions and replies via the PIC portal
- Briefing experts and Counsel
- Court appearances
About You
We're looking for a candidate with a genuine enthusiasm for learning the Defendant CTP area of law. You'll need outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on client service. Other essential skills include attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure, self-confidence, initiative, and good judgment.
