Product Owner: Employee Communications Channels

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee communications channels landscape.

  • Day-to-Day Operations
  • Manage the global intranet and other communication and collaboration tools

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in implementing and/or managing websites, content management systems, intranets or other communication and collaboration software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Adoption Lead to develop creative ways to upskill, train and engage users
  • Work closely with the Content Strategist to ensure the intranet's content is engaging, well-managed and keeps pace with best practices
  • Build strong relationships with platform vendors and ANZ's Technology teams to monitor the health of the underlying technology and address issues

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate analysis outcomes into tangible solutions
  • Experience in business transformation, digital, technology and change delivery
