About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our technology risk management initiatives. As a Technology Risk Management Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our technology infrastructure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our technology landscape, including systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • IDentify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure the integrity of our technology environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement risk-based controls, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide regular risk assessments and recommendations to senior leadership, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology risk management, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of IT general controls, risk management frameworks, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001/27002).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
