Employment Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Employment Benefits Coordinator to manage our employee benefit programs, ensuring efficient processing and timely distribution of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive benefit programs, including insurance and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible rates and services.
  • Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums and coordinate enrollments.
  • Manage employee eligibility, compensation, and reimbursement procedures.
  • Coordinate leaves of absence, process claims, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Communicate benefit options and plans to employees, monitor usage, and collaborate with the accounting department for payments and deductions.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of benefit plans, relevant regulations, and experience with HR management systems. Proficiency in MS Office and/or HRMS is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, please submit your application.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a benefits administrator or coordinator.
  • Solid understanding of different benefit plans and relevant regulations.
  • Experience with ADP human resource management or similar systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or HRMS.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
