Delivering person-centred care to individuals with disabilities is at the heart of our organisation.

Our team provides support coordination, behaviour management and community participation services to people living with disabilities.

We are seeking compassionate professionals to join our team in The Hills District. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised care and support to people living with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting participants with daily activities
  • Building meaningful relationships with participants
  • Supporting participants with appointments
  • Providing access to community activities for participants
  • Recording incident reports and shift notes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in disability support
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Cert III in Individual Support or higher qualification
