Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to fill a key role in our organization. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of machines and equipment from different industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and welding of structural and non-structural components
  • Variety of work from material handling equipment framework to mining spares and pipework
  • Working primarily with carbon steel and some stainless work available
  • New site installations of small and large-scale machine/equipment build
  • New workshop builds
  • Refurbishment work

Requirements:

  • Australian recognised trade qualifications and certificates
  • Positive Skills Assessment in place from a Registered Trade Authority (a Must)
  • Proven skills and experience in the role
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Industry knowledge and safe work practices / OH&S are essential
  • Able to work as a member of a team
  • Good communication skills
