Restaurant Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of staff, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain quality and control costs.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve conflicts among staff, and address operational challenges with ease.
- Familiarity with restaurant marketing and promotional strategies can help attract and retain customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are vital for building a loyal customer base.
- Leadership and communication skills are crucial for motivating and developing a high-performing team.
- Experience in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations is valuable for controlling costs and maintaining quality.
- The ability to handle customer complaints, resolve conflicts among staff, and address operational challenges is essential.
Working Conditions:
10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, Afternoon shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Every weekend, Fixed shift, Monday to Friday, Rotating roster
