- Arrange family bookings for center tours and orientations, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Provide support to campus managers as needed.
- Ensure adherence to service policies, procedures, and relevant regulations at all times.
- Offer assistance within classrooms when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Highly organized with experience managing multiple priorities to deliver high-quality work consistently meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Current Working with Children check.
- Desirable: working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) and proficiency in the Xplor software system.
