Job Opportunity: Support Worker

Responsibilities:
  • Provide social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to young people in care.
  • Implement clinically guided support plans and work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff.
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive and therapeutic environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Diploma in Community Services or other relevant diploma.
  • Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care.
  • Resilience, patience and at times a sense of humour.
  • Availability for various shifts including weekends and sleep over shifts.
