We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Holistic Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

We provide high-quality care that goes beyond just physical needs. Our Holistic Care Specialists work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care that addresses their emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • Has demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care.
  • Has a strong understanding of legislation that affects aged care services.

  • A competitive hourly rate range of $57.65 dependent on hours of service, plus penalty rates where applicable.
