About The Role

In light of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to integrate into our friendly and dynamic People and Culture team.

Reporting directly to the People and Culture Leader, this position will be pivotal in delivering comprehensive HR support, guidance, and expertise to our organizational leaders and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to provide advice, coaching, and mentoring on employee experience and management issues in a consultative and cooperative manner
  • Develop effective relationships and partner with leaders to ensure a clear understanding of workforce needs while educating them on employee arrangements and conditions
  • Support the design and promotion of employee-centric projects, programs, initiatives, and policies
  • Offer ongoing support and advice regarding all HR matters for both leaders and employees
  • Engage in the performance review process, assisting leaders in identifying future talent and development opportunities, including succession planning
  • Contribute to the employee remuneration review and incentive/reward programs
  • Generate reports on all HR metrics as required

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Generalist or Advisory role
  • Strong business partnering capabilities with leadership
  • Experience in a logistics environment is advantageous
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive employee experience initiatives
  • Proficient in engaging, influencing, and collaborating effectively with leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • Possess a positive, approachable demeanor with a 'can do' attitude
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
