Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Investment Architect to lead delivery engagements and cross-functional technical teams on customer programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect to define and maintain the reference architecture for the investment domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards. As a key member of our team, you will conduct architecture reviews and assessments for the investment domain, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Maintain Reference Architecture: Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Conduct Architecture Reviews: Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders, enterprise teams, solution architects, and IS&T delivery teams to understand business needs and translate them into architecture solutions.
  • Lead Architecture Workshops: Facilitate workshops and forums for the investment domain, engaging with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Provide Architecture Guidance: Ensure compliance with architecture policies and frameworks.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has at least 10 years of architecture experience as a Solution or Infrastructure Architect within financial services & investments. You should have a strong understanding of regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the investment industry.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years of architecture experience in financial services & investments.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills, experience working within an enterprise architecture governance framework, and history of developing solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and secure.
  • Tech Skills: AWS: Redshift, S3, Lambda beneficial.
