We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Regional Operations Manager, responsible for delivering high-quality aged care services across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in residential aged care or complex health services, with a deep understanding of regulatory and funding environments. They will also possess strong financial skills, the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, and a commitment to our values and mission.
- Tertiary qualifications in health, aged care, business, or a related discipline
- Significant senior leadership experience in residential aged care or complex health/human services
- Deep understanding of the aged care regulatory environment, standards, and funding systems
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams in complex operational settings
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Current Australian driver's licence and capacity to travel
- Commitment to BaptistCare's values and mission
- Postgraduate qualifications in business, leadership, or management
- Experience in mission-driven, not-for-profit, or values-based organisations
