Mission Critical Service Engineer
As a Mission Critical Service Engineer, you will collaborate with software and systems engineers to design and manage the availability and performance of critical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize service improvements.
- Develop automation solutions to prevent problem recurrence and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Work with other engineering teams to understand existing frameworks and create service level objectives for product reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms, and 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with Java, C++, Go, production infrastructure, mobile development, and application deployment.
