Position Overview

We excel in insurance broking, risk management, and consulting, with a presence in over 130 countries and more than 53,000 employees. Main Responsibilities:

  • Explain insurable risks to clients, design suitable insurance solutions, and negotiate the best deals in the international insurance market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners.
  • Manage personal budgets, sales strategies, and accounts receivable.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members.
  • Drive new business development efforts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to raise awareness about our organization and its career opportunities within the local business community.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing corporate clients, preferably with exposure to mid to large accounts.
  • Demonstrate a sales-oriented approach with the ability to develop a long-term pipeline for new business growth.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
