Job Overview

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design development and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure clear direction and foster a productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to meet milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Build relationships with local authorities, planning stakeholders, and community groups.
  • Identify and address project challenges to keep the project on track.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Experience delivering apartment projects, preferably from the client side.
  • Strong understanding of planning, design, construction processes, and building regulations.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
