We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team at the Werribee Mansion Hotel & Spa in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and professional individual to contribute to the success of this amazing property.
About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity for an accomplished Wedding and Events Coordinator to join a growing team and build on the success of this prestigious hotel. The successful applicant will need previous customer service experience, as they will be required to liaise with a variety of clients and maintain existing relationships. As part of the Wedding and Events team, you will have a diverse knowledge of industry operations, a can-do attitude, and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for our clientele. To ensure your success, you will have the support of the hotel's Sales and planning teams. About You- Success in delivering exceptional events to our discerning clientele
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain friendly relations with customers both internal and external
- Conduct familiarisation and site inspections with new and existing clients
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- You will have a proactive approach and understand what it takes to achieve outstanding results
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work with and manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work successfully within a close team environment and work autonomously when required
- Good time management and communication skills
- Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills
- You have a warm, personable yet professional demeanour
- Ability to think quickly on your feet
- Attention to detail
