Financial Governance and Reporting Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bid and Tender Evaluation: Review contract terms, collaborate with legal counsel, and oversee tender processes.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify compliance risks, work with stakeholders to implement improvements, and conduct reviews and audits.
  • Issue Resolution and Investigation: Lead investigations into policy breaches, engage with staff, and document findings clearly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present compliance reports, contribute to ongoing improvements in policy and internal processes.

Operational Compliance Support: Monitor and support compliance with company policies related to banking, insurance, property, and asset management.
