**Job Opportunity:** Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence, community inclusion, and personal choice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Supporting clients with mobility assistance, domestic duties, and community participation
  • Working collaboratively with other support staff and health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III or above in Disability (or equivalent)
  • At least 1-year experience in the disability sector
  • Experience working with clients with challenging behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adherence to confidentiality and privacy policies
