We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Medical Workforce Unit as a Workforce Support Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality workforce services, including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, contract management, and personnel administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality workforce services to medical staff, including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, contract management, and personnel administration.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical staff, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of workforce services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
