Training Development Specialist

We are seeking experienced Training Specialists to join our team on 12-month full-time contracts at a state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in NSW.

As a key member of the site training team, you will support the implementation of a detailed ramp training plan, ensuring all team members are empowered through a combination of mandatory and optional task training programs.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of training and assessment to our operations team members and drivers across three shift patterns (AM, PM, and night shift) throughout the ramp period and into the new year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating training and assessment sessions
  • Supporting shift leaders with their training responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate training records
  • Coordinating and delivering site induction programs
  • Continuously monitoring and providing feedback on training materials
  • Fostering a positive safety culture on site and promoting road safety

To be successful in this role, you will have a certificate IV in workplace training and assessment, experience delivering and assessing training, and a strong background in supply chain, retail, and/or driver training. A high level of time management, collaboration, and organisational skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, are also essential.

About You

You will be an experienced trainer with a passion for coaching and developing team members. Your ability to deliver important training materials in an engaging way will make you stand out in this role.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
