Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Training Professional to deliver and implement VET training programs aligned to AQTF qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners in achieving their training goals by developing and delivering courses in accordance with industry requirements.
  • Maintain regular contact with learners, supervisors and assessors to monitor progress and ensure student satisfaction benchmarks are met.
  • Provide timely reports on training activities, performance and assessment outcomes.
  • Consult with RTO managers regarding learner welfare, attendance and course progress.
  • Evaluate the training program, retaining written feedback for review and discussion with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate IV TAE essential and relevant disability sector qualification and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting competency assessments and recognition of prior learning (RPL).
  • Ability to work flexibly across QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC from time to time.
  • A current Australian driver's license is desirable.
