Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to students, coaching, and mentoring them to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent, as well as current industry qualifications and a minimum of 2 years' industry experience. You will also need to hold a current driver's license, a recent clear National Police Check, and a current QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring

  • Ensuring management of own case load is maintained within identified milestones
