Job Role Overview

This is a pivotal role within our organization, focused on delivering high-quality training and assessment services to learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners in achieving their training objectives, ensuring they meet course requirements and milestones.
  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain regular communication with learners and supervisors to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Provide timely reports to stakeholders on training activities, learner engagement, and assessment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate and improve the training program, incorporating feedback from learners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A current Certificate IV TAE qualification and relevant experience in the VET sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, delivering, and implementing training programs that meet AQTF standards.
  • Proven ability to facilitate group and individual learning, with a focus on adult education principles.
  • Experience in conducting competency assessments and recognition of prior learning (RPL).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible approach to scheduling and travel requirements.
  • A current Australian driver's license and willingness to undertake interstate travel when required.
