The Role

We're seeking a part-time Fire Systems Tester to join our supportive team.

This role is perfect for someone seeking work-life balance, flexible hours, or a meaningful career with stability.

As a Fire Systems Tester, you'll visit client sites and test fire protection equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, exit & emergency lighting, and fire & smoke doors.

You'll ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and compliant, giving people peace of mind.

About You

  • Great attention to detail is essential.
  • Taking pride in doing a thorough job and being effective at time management and problem-solving are key.
  • Clear and confident communication skills are also important.
  • You should enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team.
  • Able to use technology effectively and learn new systems quickly.
  • Willing to learn the compliance requirements of the fire protection industry and how it applies to your role.
  • Holding a current driver's licence is required.
  • A General Construction Induction Card (White Card) is also necessary prior to commencing employment.
