About the Role

The Mobile Case Manager will provide early, timely and personal claims management and return to work service to injured workers and employers.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Central Highlands - covering Ballarat, Ararat, Hepburn, Golden Plains, Moorabool & Pyrenees.

As part of our diverse team, you'll help make a positive impact on someone's life every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing workers' compensation advice to stakeholders
  • Delivering personalised face-to-face assistance to workers and employers
  • Conducting community-based visits
  • Proactively proceeding with appropriate case management
  • Assisting in reviewing providers' performance

Requirements:

  • Desirable experience in Occupational Rehabilitation/Return to Work, Nursing, Allied Health or experience in Case Management
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation (preferred)
  • Effective listening and negotiation skills
  • Current Unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence
