We are seeking a skilled professional to provide specialist social work services to patients, clients, consumers and their family/carers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with ISLHD policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
