Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Research Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic field, contributing to high-quality research that can make a real difference.

  • The role involves working closely with the Research Manager to develop, implement, activate, and coordinate new and ongoing investigator-initiated clinical trials recruiting nationally and internationally.
  • This includes coordinating clinical trials in line with ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines and NHMRC National Statement.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on multi-centre clinical trials in melanoma and skin cancer. You will be part of a supportive and dedicated growing team, with opportunities for training and an attractive remuneration package plus salary sacrificing options available.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant professional experience in health sciences, nursing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working in a commercial, academic, university, hospital, or other clinical research environment
  • Numeracy skills and experience in controlling income/expenditure for reconciliation/budget tracking and managing invoice payments and purchases for a project
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion
