Job Overview

We are seeking a research professional to join our organization in a pivotal role.

This individual will play a critical part in the Municipal Pension Plan Expansion Team, a strategic initiative focused on broadening participation in the plan. This dedicated team is tasked with advancing growth through targeted research, strategic planning, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts research using established methodologies and techniques such as surveys, data reduction, scaling, and literature reviews.
  • Identifies and collects qualitative and quantitative data from established information sources.
  • Reviews and verifies the value and accuracy of information, and defines relationships, differences, and anomalies in information sources.
  • Conducts information analysis involving demographic, economic, social, political, and risk-related factors and identifies emerging issues, trends, and/or implications.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration or a related field and one year of experience.

Experience conducting research and analysis of issues to support policy development or program evaluation.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, time management and organizational skills, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
