Clinical Research Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key player, you will drive innovation and excellence in clinical research, ensuring study sites are compliant and thriving.

In this dynamic role, you will engage with study sites, develop innovative recruitment strategies, provide essential training, evaluate site practices, monitor study progress, and maintain meticulous records.

To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline, at least 18 months of on-site monitoring experience, strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal skills, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
