Job Title: Research Assistant

The position of Research Assistant is available in our organization.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our research team with various tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on two national studies, MindCare and MindCare4Women, which aim to reduce dementia risk in culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Principal Investigator and Project Manager with tasks such as preparing ethics amendments and governance documents;
  • Supporting literature reviews;
  • Organizing co-design workshops;
  • Aiding recruitment efforts;
  • Translating materials into Vietnamese;
  • Collecting both qualitative and quantitative data;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, with evidence of further study relevant to the field;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese;
  • Demonstrated experience in research activities, including ethics applications, stakeholder coordination, participant recruitment, data collection, and reporting;
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with experience contributing to scientific reports, publications, or conference presentations;
