Job Opportunity: Research Leadership and Innovation
">The Institute for Breathing and Sleep (IBAS) is a leading organisation that promotes research and education in respiratory and sleep health. As part of the IBAS team, you will be involved in conducting innovative research and providing leadership in this field.
">The role involves directing the day-to-day operation of a research project, ensuring the research is conducted in line with the protocol and project milestones are met. You will also prepare necessary documentation, liaise with clinical staff, and supervise trial staff. Additionally, you will contribute to data management, analysis, writing of manuscripts, and presentation at scientific meetings.
">To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related field, post-graduate cardiorespiratory/physiology and/or health systems research expertise, and completion of a PhD or equivalent. You must demonstrate the ability to undertake research in a health/clinical setting and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice requirements.
">This is a 4-year fixed term position, primarily located in Heidelberg, with some travel required. You will work closely with clinical staff and participate in various trial sites.
